Стихи и монологи на русском

jgofriДрузья, кто может вспомнить стихи и монологи (или небольшие рассказы) на русском языке, пригодные для декламации 11-летним мальчиком?
Детские стихи ему уже не годятся, а взрослые еще не годятся, отсюда и проблемы.
Пушкина не предлагать, а так вообще у него память хорошая и словарный запас богатый. И играть он умеет. Особенно что-нибудь такое характерное.
В плане прозы - чтение должно уложиться в 5 минут.
А если кто-нибудь вспомнит что-нибудь юмористическое, то и вовсе здорово.

But Marina let her kid die out of indifference and stupid pride, and that really interferes with my reading pleasure. I never "liked" her even before I knew that particular episode of her bio, but I still could enjoy and admire - not anymore.

also - learning about mother hteresa nd mahatma ghandi made me think of both as revolting and cruel fypocrites, and not "saints" that they are supposed to have been.

Date: 2015-11-09 02:22 pm (UTC)as for mother theresa and such - the thing is, I tend to assume that all public "saints" are hypocrites, or else revolting and cruel in some other way... loving everyone ultimately means not loving anyone at all. So I am not disenchanted by them for a simple reason of never being enchanted in the first place...well, not since I was much, much, MUCH younger.
It is different for me with poets and writers, though. Perhaps I need to learn to think of them as transmitters, not generators.

there were some true saints out there.
